Taking the stress out of home buying and minimizing the impact of relocation is my goal. I thoroughly enjoy getting to know my clients and their families, and establishing lasting relationships with themThe buyer/seller/realtor relationship must be built on trust and respect. I establish and preserve that trust by representing my clients by prioritizing their needs, while protecting their interests – every time.

My clients are my first and highest priority – always! Assisting them in finding the home of their dreams is a privilege and one that I thoroughly enjoy, but take very seriously. When it comes to selling a client’s home, I strive to assess the best market value and strive to get full asking price. Setting expectations is paramount, and I achieve this through careful analysis of recently sold homes and historical trends.

North Carolina has been my home since 2003 when I relocated from my home in Germany. I immediately enrolled in college and obtained an Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree in Business with honors, and a North Carolina Broker’s License.

I specialize in the Moore County real estate market – including Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Whispering Pines, Vass, Carthage, Seven Lakes, West End, and Aberdeen.

My experience in real estate has enabled me to assemble a team of knowledgeable and reputable lenders, builders, inspectors, and contractors. My husband Andrew is a retired Army veteran and a General Contractor. With these valuable resources, I am able to find a home that meets my buyer’s criteria while ensuring it is move-in ready at closing.

Being a military spouse of 15 years, I know the unique nature of military moves and the circumstances that military families, bachelors, and bachelorettes face as a result of relocation. I have assisted countless military families in buying and selling their homes, thereby minimizing the stress associated with frequent PCS moves.

Having 3 children of my own, I understand the impact that relocation has on a child, and the concerns parents have when considering schools and communities. I have assisted multiple families in buying homes sight-unseen, having their home built prior to relocation, closing while deployed, and coordinating for improvements, repairs, and maintenance after PCS, and in preparation for sale or purchase.
