Your buyer’s agent will connect you with trusted lending partners who will be able to answer any questions you have regarding the type of loan program that’s best for you, as well as issue a “pre-qualification letter.” This is an ESSENTIAL step early in the buying process. Mortgage lenders can help you determine the price point you and your buyer’s agent should target while viewing properties to stay within your ideal payment zone. When you find the perfect house, we will submit the offer with the pre-qualification letter to inform the seller that you are eligible to buy this home!
It can be confusing to decide who is working for whom.
The listing agent represents the seller in the transaction; therefore, until you select a buyer’s agent to represent your sole interest in the transaction, the agent on the sign is working for the seller!
