Simply put, staging is the act of setting a “stage” to present your home in the best possible way to future buyers. No, you don’t have to be a designer or have brand-new furniture to create a beautiful presentation that will “WOW!”

During our listing presentation, we will make suggestions FOR re-arranging furniture, de-cluttering and much more!

Remove 50% of clothing from
closets – try to put away/store
in bins clothing items that aren’t
in-season. This will make your
closets appear much larger than
they are!

Create “ease of flow.” Buyers
want to be able to move around
freely and not feel closed in.
Try to remove anything that
encroaches on main walking
areas throughout your home
or makes rooms feel small.

De-personalize. Take down the majority of your family photos or anything that gives a clue to your personal/professional life. This allows a buyer to “put themselves in the house” and visualize themselves living there.

Finally, make an entrance!
Put a fresh coat of paint on the front door, add some colorful potted plants by the entry &
a welcoming doormat. Little things like this make a house instantly feel like a home!
